James Silva is an operative in an elite American intelligence unit known as Overwatch who, aided by a top-secret tactical command team, is tasked with escorting and extracting a mysterious police officer with sensitive information out of the country. There are only twenty-two miles to their destination, but hostile enemies will try and stop them every step of the way.
